Some Tips for
Showing the INSIDE of Your Home:
- Clear
and clean Countertops and Tabletops
- Quick
dust all flat surfaces (get into the corners)
- Vacuum
all carpets
- Put
away toys, clothes, newspapers, mail, etc.
- Make
all beds
- Open
up curtains and shades, turn on lights
- Pay
attention to scents. Does your home smell fresh? If
not, use air fresheners, carpet powder, or scented
candles. Don't over do it!
- Have
soft music playing on radios/CD's throughout the home
Some Tips
for Showing the OUTSIDE of Your Home:
- Clean
off front porch or entry way
- Close
your garage door
- Mow
lawn/trim shrubs/apply fresh pine straw
- Step
back to the curb and look at your home.
Does anything look out of place?

Representative (ABR). These designations are not achieved
easily nor taken lightly in the Real Estate industry. To
gain these designations a realtor must attend and pass several
courses and have a proven track record over a period of
time.

is approved by over 700 corporations to handle the transfers
of their employees moving to or from Atlanta. Having been
transferred to Atlanta myself, I know how to work through
the Corporate Transfer Maze...I've been there - done that!!
